The Finance Committee shall be responsible for coordinating the church’s finances. The committee shall propose financial policies and the annual budget for receipt and disbursement of all monies, whether for special purposes, capital development or operating expenses. At least two present or past members of the Finance Committee shall count and record the Sunday offerings, maintaining the accuracy and confidentiality of individual giving.
